West Coast Clinical Laboratories is licensed by the State of California and the Federal Government (HCFA/CLIA), and complies with all State and Federal requirements for laboratory testing. We participate in proficiency testing with the College of American Pathologists (CAP). We are also FDA registered as an HCT/P establishment to perform donor testing. All abnormal/critical results are verified and reviewed by qualified personnel. West Coast Clinical Laboratories will repeat a test at no additional charge if the initial result does not correlate with the physician's clinical judgment.
West Coast Clinical Laboratories provides free courier service for regularly scheduled pick-ups in most areas. STAT pick-ups are also available. Certified phlebotomists are on site at the main laboratory facility during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For alternative times and locations for patient phlebotomy, please consult the "Patient Service Center" section located under the Client and Patient Services above.
