These Terms govern your use of WageOwl. By using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
WageOwl provides shift tracking, earnings estimation, rent planning, and export tools. Figures are estimates based on your inputs — not tax, legal, or payroll advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for account security and accurate job configuration. Misconfiguration may produce incorrect earnings displays.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use WageOwl to violate law or third-party rights.
Disclaimer
WAGEOWL IS PROVIDED "AS IS." EARNINGS DISPLAYS ARE ESTIMATES. CONSULT A TAX OR PAYROLL PROFESSIONAL FOR OFFICIAL ADVICE.
Limitation of liability
WCC LABS AND WAGEOWL LIMIT LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. DIRECT DAMAGES ARE CAPPED AT FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.
