This Privacy Policy explains how WageOwl ("WageOwl," "we," "us") handles information when you use the WageOwl application, website at wageowl.app, and related services (the "Service").

- Account and waitlist data: email, name if provided, authentication identifiers
- Job and shift data: employers, rates, differentials, tips, mileage, vehicle settings
- Earnings calculations derived from your inputs (not from bank feeds)
- Device data: OS version, crash reports, anonymized usage analytics
- Communications: support messages and product feedback
How we use information
We use data to:
- Calculate and display real-time and historical earnings
- Provide rent goals, overtime alerts, and PDF exports
- Operate waitlist and launch communications you opt into
- Improve accuracy, security, and reliability
Retention
Active account data is retained while your account exists. After deletion, personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days unless law requires otherwise.
