Delete Account
LOYOPA allows users to request permanent account deletion.
This page explains how deletion works and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account
Alternatively, contact support: WCC Labs Support or info@wcclabs.com.
Inside the LOYOPA app:
- Open Profile
- Tap Settings
- Select “Delete Account”
- Confirm deletion request
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted:
- account information is removed
- pet profiles are deleted
- Family Circle access is revoked
- uploaded pet photos are removed
- journal entries are deleted
- reminders and notifications stop
Retention Period
Some data may remain temporarily in secure backups for a limited retention period before permanent deletion.
We may retain limited information where legally required.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your LOYOPA account does not automatically cancel App Store or Play Store subscriptions.
You must cancel subscriptions separately through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
